Add an email signature in Thunderbird
Step 1
Open your thunderbird Account Settings
Step 2
Scroll down to the Signature text box
Step 3
Enter the text you want to include in your signature – if using HTML tick the ‘HTML’ box above the signature box. If you have a HTML signature template file, you can upload this from your computer in the upload section under the signature input box.
Step 4
Click OK to save your changes
Step 5
Create a new email to check your signature has been added.
