Step 1
Open up the Gmail app and click on the profile icon on the top right

Click ‘Add another account’

Click ‘Other’
Step 4
Add your email address
Step 5
Select ‘Personal (IMAP)’
Step 6
Add email password
Step 7
Add your incoming server
Step 8
Add your outgoing server
Step 9
Click ‘Next’
Step 10
Fill in your details on the next page, then click ‘Next
IMAP emails in Gmail
There is a limit of up to five separate email accounts that you can add to a single Gmail app. If you have more that five different email accounts, you will need to choose a different email client for the remaining accounts, such as outlook or thunderbird.
